To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Opened skincare products and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back. Once we confirm the return, we will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please include your order number or proof of purchase when contacting us.

 

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs, and customers are responsible for paying these fees.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
